Helping hands for Bridesmaid Dresses Australia fire victims friends and neighbors,

This has been a tragic day for our neighbors at 1203 washington street. The early morning fire has left one fatality, some injured and many homeless with many of them losing most, if not all, of their possessions.

First, heartfelt sympathies and prayers go out to the family of the victim. To the two firefighters and two police officers, who were injured in the line of duty, we are inspired by your dedication and wish for your quick recovery.

I express appreciation to the rest of the fire department, police department, office of emergency management, tim calligy representing hoboken board of education, wallace school and the red cross for being there when it mattered, and to mayor roberts who is seeking alternative housing options and who has agreed to post the donation information on the hoboken city website.

For those who have lost so much, i am agebc Party Dresses reaching out to the entire community to help in any small way you can to assist them.I know that many of you have already donated food and clothing at the temporary shelter set up at the wallace school and have asked if there was anything else you could do.

I have set up an emergency relief fund at wachovia bank where you can send donations.

Donations can be brought directly to either of the wachovia bank branches located at2 14th street or river and first street.

For donations of clothing and other personal items, i have made arrangements with julie gallanty, executive director of the ymca, who has generously offered the y on washington street as a drop off point for these donations. The following items can be dropped off at the y:

Clothing, coats, shoes, etc for children and adults accepting gently used or new clothing. All clothing must be clean.Undergarments must have tags or original packaging. It is times like these that bring out the best of our community and i thank you all for the generosity and concern you have shown to our neighbors.
